Colombian-French arbitrator based in Bogota, with over 23 years of experience in dispute resolution (arbitration, conciliation, dispute boards, mediation), exclusively dedicated to serve as arbitrator since 2022. She has a very successful career and has taken part in more than 70 cases. These cases have been conducted under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), various Latin American arbitration rules (Lima, Bogota, Panama, Guatemala, among others), and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), where she has been a member of the arbitrators’ list for Colombia since 2024.

She is an expert in major fields, such as road infrastructure, construction, energy, telecommunications and transport, as well as international business contracts.

She successfully combines her professional work with her well-known academic career. She is a Senior Professor at Externado University of Colombia and an Adjunct Professor at Pantheon-Assas University in Paris.

She has important leadership roles at the ICC, the International and Ibero-American Arbitration Centre of Madrid – CIIAM, the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club – CEIA, and the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission – CIAC Women’s Committee, representing the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce – ACC-BCC.
